According to research by Neuro-Imaging it is reported, the average person has roughly 70,000 or more thoughts in a day and up to 80% are negative. Many of our negative thoughts are repeated thoughts we have engrained in our mind daily. When we choose to hold on to those thought, we release an emotion that either makes or breaks our day. The longer we hold on to that thought the more damage it does to us.
Feelings are like visitors, you can choose when you want them to leave; simply by not engaging in the thought and watching it pass by.
Remember feelings are never permanent and this will pass. Be patient. After all, a masterpiece isn’t curated in one night 🙂
